Essentia Health welcomes Dr. Ananth Ravi

Dr. Ananth Ravi, who specializes in radiology, is excited to welcome new patients at the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic.

“I wanted to work for an integrated health system, and I was very inspired by Essentia Health’s mission and values,” Dr. Ravi said. “Working for an integrated health system gives me the ability to collaborate with specialists across the breadth of medicine, which is essential for providing good patient care.”

Dr. Ravi earned a medical degree from Guntur Medical College in Pradesh, India. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Ark., and a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the Indiana University of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Ravi is certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

“Helping a patient get the right clinical diagnosis and subsequently the right treatment is profoundly satisfying,” he said. “I care for my patients exactly the way I would want a family member of mine to be treated — with empathy, diligence and humility.”
