Summer is officially over, and with falling temperatures and fall foliage far as the eye can see, all signs point to one thing: soup season has returned.
Pho is undeniably one of the heartiest options around, and the Twin Cities and its suburbs luckily have plenty of places to sample the Vietnamese soup.
