The transition into fall has many restaurant and bar owners in Minnesota worried. Cold weather will mean an end to patio dining, and scraping by on even a meager income this winter will be difficult.
Back in April, MPR News host Cathy Wurzer checked in with Ursa Minor Brewing, a relatively new brewing company in Duluth, Minn. At the time, CEO Ben Hugus was scrambling to reinvent his business.
It’s been a little over four months since then, but so much has changed. And with the first freezing temperatures overnight this week in Duluth, Wurzer spoke with Hugus again for an update.
